Putin showcases Moscow's global ties with major conference, Ukraine war unaddressed

An international security conference in Moscow today brings together 150 delegations from various countries. This marks the 13th edition in 15 years, with Russia hosting for the second consecutive year. A diverse range of representatives, including former Soviet states, BRICS nations, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, are attending. Discussions will focus on counter-terrorism, extremism, and cross-border crime, but the war in Ukraine is expected to remain unmentioned.
