DJI Agriculture's Annual Report Highlights Drone-Powered Farming Revolution

DJI's annual report reveals significant growth in agricultural drone usage, with 400,000 drones now deployed globally, saving water and reducing emissions.

DJI, the global leader in civilian drones, unveiled its fourth annual Agricultural Drone Industry Insight Report at Brazil's Agrishow 2025. The report highlights the rapid adoption of agricultural drones, with 400,000 DJI drones now in use worldwide, operated by 400,000 trained professionals across 100 countries. These drones have treated 300 types of crops, saving 222 million tons of water and reducing carbon emissions by 30.87 tons.

Yuan Zhang, Head of Global Sales at DJI Agriculture, emphasized the role of research-based policies in accelerating adoption, particularly among young people and women. The report also details advancements in anti-drift technology and showcases case studies from Brazil, Romania, and other regions.
