The latest search in the disappearance case of Madeleine McCann was concluded last night. German and Portuguese police searched over twenty locations in the Algarve for three days, where the three-year-old British girl went missing in 2007.

The reason for the new search remains unclear, and no findings have been disclosed yet. Any discovered evidence has been handed over to German authorities. The search was conducted at the request of German police.

Over thirty officers combed the area, focusing on abandoned buildings, wells, and reservoirs. Special radar equipment was used to search up to 4.5 meters underground. German suspect Christian Brückner, a frequent visitor to the region, is linked to the case.
