Saab Proposes GlobalEye for Canada's Airborne Early Warning Program

GlobalEye, a leading Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) solution, combines Swedish and Canadian expertise to meet Canada's defense needs. The system is built on the Bombardier Global 6000/6500 aircraft, a Canadian platform known for its long-range and high endurance. Saab's proposal includes advanced sensors and mission systems, offering a cost-effective and sovereign solution for the Canadian Armed Forces.

At CANSEC 2025, Saab showcased its multi-domain surveillance solution, emphasizing domestic content and job creation in Canada. Anders Carp, Deputy CEO of Saab, highlighted GlobalEye's strategic value in enhancing situational awareness across air, maritime, and land domains.
