Strategy, the business-intelligence firm turned Bitcoin proxy formerly known as MicroStrategy, has sold 1,637 Bitcoin (BTC) for approximately $104.7 million, reducing its total stash to 842,138 BTC. The sale, disclosed in an 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 3, 2026, marks a continuation of the company's newly adopted Digital Credit Capital Framework, which allows active treasury management alongside its long-term Bitcoin accumulation strategy. Chairman Michael Saylor confirmed the move via social media, stressing that the company's structural commitment to Bitcoin remains unchanged.
