Suspect Arrested in Fauja Singh's Death

Indian police have arrested a 26-year-old man for the hit-and-run incident that killed Fauja Singh, recognized as the world's oldest marathon runner at 114 years old. The incident occurred in Punjab when Singh was struck by an SUV while crossing a road on Sunday. He succumbed to his injuries the following day.

Authorities confirmed the suspect was driving at high speed in a Fortuner SUV. Witnesses reported Singh was thrown 1.5-2 meters into the air upon impact.
