New Regulatory Pathways for Smart Health Tech

Global regulators are racing to establish frameworks for AI-driven medical devices as adoption surges. The FDA recently released draft guidance for AI-enabled device lifecycle management, signaling a major shift in how smart health hardware will be evaluated. FDA's Evolving Approach
