
The European Union, through its 'Cyber Balkans' project, is collaborating with Albanian institutions to enhance cyber resilience and technical capabilities in the region. He highlighted the increasing threats of malicious cyber activities targeting the EU and its partners.
The 'Cyber Balkans' initiative aims to ensure no country in the Western Balkans faces cyber threats alone. Albania has actively participated in regional efforts, including hosting the 'Western Balkan Cyber Camp 2025,' which trained 60 young professionals from six countries. The EU continues to support Albania and its neighbors in building robust cybersecurity frameworks.
